I happened to book the day after the big earthquake, and since a lot of people cancelled, they upgraded me to a better room. The hotspring baths are also nice and relaxing.

I loved my room - very spacious and I wish I had more time to make use of the balcony and sitting area. There were a lot of stairs, which I wasn't aware of when I booked but the staff were very helpful and helping to bring my (very heavy) luggage up. The bathtub was great and I appreciated having the neck pillow...it was the main reason why I decided to take a bath.

Exceptional value at this price point! The staff exuded warmth, the in-room hot spring was a wonderful oasis, and the recently renovated hotel gleamed with cleanliness. The breakfast spread was good, and the optional dinner surpassed expectations—especially in this remote town where dining options are scarce. A conveniently located vending machine outside offered a range of beverages, including a satisfying option for beer enthusiasts. Breakfast was simple and nice. Mr Ding took care of our needs and helped booked dinner for us. There is transport arrangements to fetch us for dinner to and fro. Scenery is excellent. A pity that we only stayed for one night. There is warmer blanket for the bed. Will definitely come back again.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful! Great value for money! Free afternoon tea you can chill in the garden; free shuttle take you to a nice local restaurant very convenient; spacious room and bathroom with a bathtub and balcony. Although the day we went was foggy we still enjoyed our stay. A cosy place. Building itself is not brand new but for us it’s more than enough. Water was bounty and hot enough. Some guests with children were making noise at night but the good thing is their staff stay until 10 ish. They called to remind the guests right after we made the complaint.
